1.This series of compounders adopts an elliptical shearing type rotor, with a certain speed ratio between the two rotors which has the advantages of high production efficiency and uniform dispersion of materials.
2.The mixing chamber adopts a drilling structure, and both the rotor and the upper and lower top have circulating channels. According to different production process requirements, steam or cooling water can be passed through for heating or 3. cooling. The mixing chamber is a combined structure, which convenient for installation, removal, and maintenance.
4. The discharge mechanism is a pendulum-type drop, which is driven by a gear rack hydraulic cylinder to open and close discharge door, and is locked by a reciprocating hydraulic cylinder.
5.The rotor adopts a through-shaft structure, which has high rigidity and low def. The rotor is supported by rolling bearings, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain.
6. The parts that come into contact with the rubber are all with wear-resistant hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.
7. The sealing device at the end of the rotor shaft can lubricating oil and softening oil, which has reliable sealing and can select different structural forms according to needs.
8. The upper top bolt applies pressure to the material through hydraulic cylinder or air cylinder, which can achieve automatic pressure increase, pressure decrease, and floating.
9. The transmission system adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, which has a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long service life.
10. The main motor adopts low (high) voltage frequency conversion drive or permanent magnet drive technology which can meet the speed requirements of different processes, and has high efficiency, saves energy, and runs smoothly.
11.The electrical control system adopts PLC touch screen control and has two operation modes: manual and automatic. It can communicate with the auxiliary machine above, and automatically compound according to the process formula requirements. It can be connected the MES system to achieve digital and intelligent management and control.
