1. This series of compounders adopts a cylindrical intermeshing rotor, which has the advantages of good cooling effect, low discharge, and uniform dispersion of materials. It can be used in conjunction with related auxiliary machines to change the two-end compounding into one-end compounding.
2. The compounding chamber adopts a drilling structure, and the rotor and the upper and lower top bolts all have circulating channels. According to different production process requirements, steam or cooling water be passed through for heating or cooling. The compounding chamber is a combined structure, which is convenient for installation, removal, and maintenance.
3. The discharge mechanism is pendulum-type drop, which is driven by a gear and rack hydraulic cylinder to open and close the discharge door, and is locked by a reciprocating hydraulic cylinderThe rotor adopts a through-shaft structure, which has high rigidity and low deflection. The rotor is supported by rolling bearings, which has a long life and is easy to maintain.
4. The parts that come into contact with the rubber are all welded with wear-resistant hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
5. The sealing device at the end of the rotor shaft can pass lubricating oil and softening oil, which has reliable sealing and select different structural forms according to needs.
6. The upper top bolt applies pressure to the material through a hydraulic cylinder or air cylinder, which can achieve automatic pressure increase, decrease, and floating.
7. The transmission system adopts a hard-toothed surface reducer, which has a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and long life.
8. The main motor adopts low (high) voltage frequency conversion drive or permanent magnet drive technology, which can meet the speed requirements of different processes, and at same time, it has high efficiency, saves energy, and operates smoothly.
9.The electrical control system adopts PLC+touch screen control, with two operation modes: manual and automatic. It can communicate with the upper auxiliary machine and automatically mix according to the process formula requirements. Can be connected to MES system to achieve digital and intelligent control, and automatic mixing. to the MES system to achieve digital intelligent management and control.
Product Usage
For rubber or plastic, it is used for mastication, mixing and final compounding, especially suitable for mixing of rubber, rubber-plastic blends high-filled materials, etc.
